Returns Policy

This is our vendor live feed website and all products ordered will come from out vendors website and all returns or warranties will fall subject to their return policies or the manufactures warranties. All products with our Alpha Tactical brand fall under the legacy return policy and we will honor a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within a business week of receiving the product back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please allow for the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We currently only ship to address's within the United States due to restrictions on some products.

NO MAGAZINE SHIPPING TO: Washington, Rhode Island, Illinois and California

When you place an order, we will do our best to get your order to the shipping provider within 24 hours on traditional business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, so prices will vary. If there is an issue with the shipping cost and you feel you are being over charged or it cost too much, feel free to reach out to us and we'll see what we can do to get that price down for you.

Product images used in the online catalog may not always represent the exact product selected. Shoppers should not make purchases based upon image displays alone.

USAGE BY PERSONS UNDER 18
Alpha Tactical cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. Alpha Tactical must rely on parents, guardians, and those responsible for supervising children under 18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view and/or purchase.
The Alpha Tactical website requires that certain purchases be made by individuals 18 years of age or older. EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT AT THE Alpha Tactical WEB SITE THAT CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED BY INDIVIDUALS 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, YOU ARE REPRESENTING TO Alpha Tactical THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
APPLICABLE LAW
This site is created and controlled by Alpha Tactical in the state of Texas. As such, the laws of the state of Texas will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Alpha Tactical reserves the right to make changes to its site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time. The aforementioned Terms of Use are subject to change.EXPORT of body armor or related accessories are strictly regulated by the US Department of State in accordance with the guidelines of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).Items listed on our website fall under the jurisdiction of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and are subject to the export control laws of the US Government. Export or re-transfer of those items by any means to any foreign end-user or for any other end-use, whether in the US or abroad without the written approval of the US Department of Commerce or Department of State is prohibited. The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the US of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with US export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation, or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Firearm Shipping

We ship only to a valid address in the United States. We will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Complete Rifles, Pistols, and Lower Receivers can only be shipped to Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. Please email a signed copy of your license to Sales@Alpha-Tactical.com

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

SERIALIZED PRODUCTS/FIREARMS

All Firearms to California are shipped as long guns in order to stay compliant and we need California Dealer numbers.

It is up to the customer to provide us with a Transfer Dealer’s FFL. A copy of the Transfer Dealer’s FFL can be sent to our Email Sales@Alpha-Tactical.com. Orders older than thirty business days will automatically be cancelled with a 25% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for refunding orders when someone does not pass a background check. Serialized products and Firearm sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Serialized products are subject to a $4.00 handling fee.

There are certain persons who cannot legally receive or possess a firearm. These include:

1. Has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;

2. Is a fugitive from justice;

3. Is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance;

4. Has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to a mental institution;

5. Is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States or an alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant visa;

6. Has been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions;

7. Having been a citizen of the United States has renounced his or her citizenship;

8. Is subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner; or

9. Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence

10. Cannot lawfully receive, possess, ship, or transport a firearm. [18 U.S.C. 922(g) and (n), 27 CFR 478.32].

Any non-licensee (FFL) will have to have any and all firearms (rifles, pistols, receivers, and other serialized parts) shipped to an FFL NOTE: IT IS A FEDERAL CRIME TO SHIP ANY FIREARM TO A NONLICENSEE (FFL). Shipment times start after this information is received.

All licensed firearm dealers will receive a copy of Alpha Tactical's FFL with all orders. All licensed dealers purchasing from Alpha Tactical will need to supply a copy of their current FFL.

Note: NO FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED UNTIL WE RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FFL TRANSFER DEALER (FOR NON-LICENSED DEALERS).

Shipping Restrictions

· Alpha Tactical, LLC will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).

· Alpha Tactical, LLC will not ship ANY serialized items to the state of Massachusetts.

· Alpha Tactical, LLC will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois

· Illinois: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 800 degrees Fahrenheit are prohibited.

· Minnesota: All handguns having a barrel, slide, frame or receiver which is a die casting of zinc alloy or other non-homogeneous metal that melts or deforms at a temperature of less than 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit, of any material having an ultimate tensile strength of less than 55,000 pounds per square inch, and of any powdered metal having a density of less than 7.5 grams per cubic centimeter are prohibited.

· Alpha Tactical, LLC will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to residents of Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.

· Alpha Tactical, LLC will not ship any handguns to CA that are not on the DOJ roster. This includes Single Shot Exemption conversions.

· NO firearms sales to Puerto Rico
· Poly 80 Kits will NOT be shipped to the following states:
